Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. They say they usually can get to you within 24 hrs normally and right away for emergency service

Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. I will definitely call Davies next time.

Dimitri and his staff have provided me with excellent work, friendly service and calls back almost immediately. He is a community person who cares about his clients. He replaced all my plumbing from my 3rd fl bathroon all the way down to the basement and out to the foundation. It was done swiftly and efficiently and most important, effectively. I no longer have plumbing problems. THANKS DIMITRI!!
