Tony came to our rescue when we were broken down with an electrical problem with our hitch. No one in Nelson would help us as they were too busy with winter tire season, but Tony came and fixed our electrical problem and we were on our way. BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!
