Accommodated a short notice request, fixed a part issue (the supplier of our fire pit sent the wrong natural gas conversion part) and went above and beyond all around in terms of service and doing the job. We recently had our heat pump services. Kosovar was the technician and provided clear information on our system. He even checked with a more sr. technician on something he was not 100% sure on. Brett from Evergreen plumbing is the best plumber in the lower mainland hands down ! He was recommended by a mutual friend and I could not be happy with the work that he did. The plumbing to convert my unfinished basement into suite was without a doubt the most difficult and complex part of the renovation. Brett came in and did amazing work, he’s loves what he does and it shows. He’s also the kind of guy you are fine with leaving in your house all day and when you come home the job is done!

From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company.
