Glen was very personable and on time. He determined the problem quickly and repaired it quickly, as well. As a result my bill was reasonable, unlike a previous experience with Milani where I was charged four times as much. I will definitely use Glen again.

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and equipments. Quick instilation, efficient, polite, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave before I understand every thing about the furnace and aircondition and how to set the thermostat. The price was very competitive and reasonable. From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them.

My old furnace quit working, so I called Realistic heating. Joe showed up next morning, troubleshot it and installed new furnace before Thanksgiving weekend. Joe is professional and friendly, price was very good, highly recommend his service.

We recently had our heat pump services. Kosovar was the technician and provided clear information on our system. He even checked with a more sr. technician on something he was not 100% sure on. Huge shout out to Mission Gasbusters. They were awesome with our gas line install. Accommodated a short notice request, fixed a part issue (the supplier of our fire pit sent the wrong natural gas conversion part) and went above and beyond all around in terms of service and doing the job.
