I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Nothing but nice and informative service. Pulled in with a low tire just before 5 on a Friday, took me right in. Turn around was quick and the cost was low.

Great service at Kal Tire. I had a tire problem years ago near Provost and Kal tire there stayed after hours to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I’ve done to Lois and her Kal Tire in Lacombe ever since. Great service in Lacombe too!

Excellent Service! They were able to do an alignment on my minivan without trying to charge me unnecessary parts and labour. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very professional.
