My husband and I were excited to learn that they offered dim sum on weekends and we were not disappointed when we went last Saturday.
The items we ordered were served quickly, they were hot and most were really tasty. The only thing neither of us really cared for was the BBQ pork buns - which weren't bad, we just found them to be a little too sweet. I recommend the fried "triangle" pork dumplings, they were especially delicious!
The atmosphere isn't great but it isn't terrible. I actually appreciated that there was some effort put into the decor (the kimonos as curtains on the booths were a nice touch) but the pine tree air fresheners were a little out of place.
The prices were very reasonable, we ate well and left satisfied for $20 (tax and tip in). We'll definitely try their other dishes, and look forward to returning for dim sum.

I am from the US, and every year since I was little it has been our tradition to eat at the Mandarin when we visit my grandparents. The food is so tasty! We are partial to the chicken balls, but there are many other great dishes to choose from. The Mushroom egg foo yung and mushroom fried rice are also wonderful.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful! There are some years we get the chicken balls, put them on ice, and bring them home to the US for my sister for her birthday. They reheat on a cookie sheet well.
Our family is a bit crazy about Mandarin, but I would definitely recommend it. The service is great, the food is good and priced well for what you get, and they handle large parties well.

The best Chinese food in Sudbury. Every time I've ordered the food there for company at my home they are always very impressed and say that it's the best Chinese food they ever had. Thank you Orient restaurant I love your food. Yummy yummy.????

The restrooms need some cleaning, but the floors are ok. I suggest everyone to go here ! ;)

The food was good. I enjoyed most of it, but some of the noodles were badly charred and left a chalky feel in the mouth. Besides that, the service was satifactory and competent. If you want some quick food on the go thats kinda filling and you don't really care, i guess you could come here.

The food is freshly prepared. It's hot and delicious. Large portions very good price and the service is wonderful. I have ordered from this location brought it back home and still hot and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant you will not be disappointed!
