I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. Peter and Bing used there years of combined experience to get the job completed is a safe efficient manner.

Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call

Excellent customer service. After speaking with management they adjusted and compensated me for being misquoted. In addition, they offered to fix a door at my house that for my husband failed to repair. The property management loved them! I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Went to a mortgage broker and they were going to charge me a brokerage fee to do a mortgage. Didnt think that I should be paying to refinance my mortgage when the bank was going to pay the mortgage brokerage.

My moving experience is pretty good. I found this moving company Etobicoke online. They've got pretty good feedback from their clients. So, I decided to give them a try. They booked me without problems, answered to my questions and gave some advice about packing. The crew came as we agreed and well prepared. The movers worked well.
