We discovered this great business right after moving here 7 years ago. We have had a truck and a car that have needed oil changes and servicing over the years. Prompt, efficient and HONEST are highlights!
Today I picked up the truck due to an unusual noise in the front end. Could have been anything. Don, the owner explained that when they had it on the hoist, they found a loose bolt that they tightened. No charge! That kind of trustworthy service is pure gold!

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
