Great prices. Also great service from Nancy, who's usually there and may be one of the store owners. Over the years, I've bought 2 printers there, lots of cartridges and got a repair done same day. Better value than online, in my experience. Good reason to shop local!

Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

Toner drawer stuck and no idea how to fix. Called Stephen @ ABTech and sent him some pics and he knew exactly what it was, told me what to do and it worked! Saved me a lot of time and money and having to trek out in the snow. Really appreciate his effort to help me when he did not have to.
