Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. Was very impressed by the service and the way I was treated. They were busy but managed to get me in and finished in a timely manner. The owner was very helpful and supportive.
