I love Adair Auto Repair. They always take such good care of my Mini. Whenever there is a problem they bring me in the back and show me. They will usually was my car for me ( as long as it's not freezing outside which I appreciate)
Always so kind and offer very fair pricing and service. Especially compared to the Mini dealer. Seumas and Bryce are so awesome to deal with. I love them.

Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Promised time was exact , also estimates were exact as well. First time customer and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Nothing negative about the experience today. Overall 5/5 stars.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe.
