Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

K&S has done various work on my race car motors and some odd related items. Everything is done competently and to a very high standard, and at a fair price. Keith, the owner, is always willing to spend some time to discuss and advise. I would not go anywhere else!

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!
