phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We trust the degree of knowledge, the expertise, wouldn't go anywhere else ... bonus ... prices are very fair! Thank you Water Street Auto

I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. We were so happy to come across Matt and his fine group of trustworthy guys here! Isn't that always the best word you want to hear from someone speaking about their auto technicians?.... Trustworthy! Matt and his crew have been our mechanics for a couple of years now and we can't say enough good things about all of them! I love that I can go in to my mechanics's shop and without a hesitation know that what they say needs to be done, does, and nothing more is added to make a few bucks.
