These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. Small shop with some excellent honest mechanics. My car broke down and I was in town just for a few days and the Brown Cub team got me in and fixed the problem right away. Not only that but they came and picked me up at my hotel so I could get my car back.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. Not surprisingly, many go there with their vehicles as well, & had the same things to say about them. I value honesty in a repair shop & am worry-free when I drop off vehicles

First visit, needed a battery replaced immediately. They had it there within 5 minutes of my arrival, tested the old one no charge, installed the new one and had me on my way really quickly. The bill was a lot less than I thought it was going to be on the labor end, usually where one is gouged lol, which was a delightful surprise. The shop is clean, there is a Keurig coffee machine, the people are pleasant and helpful, and I highly recommend this place. They are now our family mechanic.

Honest and fair. The owner has fixed both my and my husbands cars since he opened several years ago. We have never been disappointed, and he gives us options when they are available. He has even helped us out as he was closing! Thank goodness it was a quick fix!
