Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

I recently accepted a job in Yellowknife and would be making the long drive there from Toronto. On the first day of my journey I stopped to get gas and noticed that my vehicle was leaking, even after have a bunch of work done on my car by a mechanic just a few days earlier. I phoned every mechanic shop I could find in Toronto on a holiday Monday and didn't get a hold of anyone, except for Vince. He phoned me back and prioritized me first thing Tuesday morning. Extremely impressed. They painted the calipers of my 2014 Tesla Model S while I did work in the waiting area. Short drive from Tesla pick up site. Excellent job on paint and high quality decal. In and out in under 2 hrs. Highly recommended.
