We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. And i recommend this place to anyone who is reading this, u will be happy that you chose daves auto shop!

My wife recently had a scheduled appointment made months in advance. We arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, and like many times before, we were kept waiting almost 1 1/2hrs, before she was taken into a room. One would figure that like any business, they would make appointments according to how many patients can be accommodated. This is in my opinion a poor way to display practices.

Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.

I drove my son to get his winter tires on and Dennis was so welcoming and friendly...just mentioned that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and he offer FOR FREE to take a look...filled both back tires for me...highly recommend ... also very fair pricing!!
