Exceptional customer service! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get in to get my winter tires on and off during peak season when everywhere else was a two week wait! I bought my winter tires here and they are by far the best winter tires I’ve ever had! Also the best rate I could find in town. Highly recommend!

I really cant recommend this business enough. I have been taking every vehicle Ive owned here, and they are consistently pleasant to deal with, quick to service, and great at communicating. They will break down every item thats needed on the car, and give you all the possible options. I have a road trip tomorrow, and they were able to scan my car and resolve the issue right on the spot- free of charge!

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

Riversyde has been my repair shop since the mid 1980s. I still rely on their high level of service and their willingness to cater to customers needs whenever possible. They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. I would recommend Hanson's
