Great experience with timelines set and were kept as promised, from first visit to time my car was ready. Updates were clearly communicated via text messages. Communications was excellent. Service was 5 star. Front end staff were amazing. Great management team. Car was spotless, both inside and out at pick up.

Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. I was referred to Johanne about 1.5 years ago. I saw her more than a dozen times over the course of about 9 months and now see her for regular follow-ups, every few months or as needed. I have found her to be extremely gentle when working internally as well as externally. She has been recommended to many of my friends who have also had great success. Would not hesitate to recommend her. She is truly amazing.
