We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

It was an amazing experience. We met with a car rental agent working with Routes at this location named Abby and she was so friendly and professional at the same time. She made sure we got our vehicle as quickly as possible inspite on long line ups. Very easy to deal with and she made our car rental experince a breeze.
Stongly recommend the company to take care of this employee and may be she is due for a raise or promotion. All the other staff was frindly and courtious as well.

I used this company to set up tents for my wedding. They were very prompt, friendly,and helpful. They were so good they made me feel comfortable when I was so stressed out about how everything would end up looking. It turns out that they did an amazing job. Everyone loved it and asked for their number. Hardip and Amarjit were very professional, courteous and friendly. I recommend them to everyone with high recommendation.

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and well decorated apartments. With a cleaning service every day!! All the advantages of a hotel and the comfort of a home. Very well located, walking distance from the city center and Stanley Park. It was worth every penny.

VillaMay is an incredibly unique location, with its impressive villa, as well as beautiful gardens and grounds. The vacation rental apartment/suite is lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The manager was welcoming and very helpful too. A great venue for weddings and events, but also perfect for our quiet vacation rental. The tranquil country location is within easy driving distance of many tourist attractions in Sooke and Victoria, BC. VillaMay is very highly recommended. We loved it!

Although the rental rate was extremely high over the holidays they went out of their way to help me through a difficult time after losing my car to an accident. They were literally the last rental place to have a car available in Victoria on December 23 rd!!
