I been living at Burlington Towers for 11 years & have nothing to complain about, the staff are hard working people that are doing a excellent job at keeping the entire buildings in top shape & always improuving, any erquest from tenant are look into & the respond to fix any issue is fenomenal, I have no knowledge of any other place that respond that promptly & I been around a few place in my life. 5 stars, without any esitation.

My husband and I have rented apartments for the past 18 years and never ever had the kind of service Boncore Management has provided. We have been renting this apartment for the past four years under Boncore Management and just can't believe how much they care about our home. Anything that needs fixing they have responded quickly and fixed the problem and done it right... very experienced at what they do. The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).
