The delivery staff named Waleed is very courteous and friendly. And he put carefully our parcel in our floor as I am holding my 4months old son at that time. So I gave 5-star to this courier as it is good to see an employee who enjoys their job.

Never had any problems! Some packages come later than usual but at least I have them! :) And I've ordered from a certain company that works with them. Love that they ask for signature and i.d! Thanks ups for making sure all my packages came safely ^.^

I needed to mail official documents in several eurepean country.It was very complex.Over the 6 months period the owner was very patient to understand exactly what I needed,even help me understand at times.
All the documents were sent the way they had to be and I finally I received my citizenship.
