I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. I have known this dealership since 2013. Their customer service is impeccable and you will always feel comfortable and at ease. At 64, I have visited a LOT of showrooms and Jonker Honda is exceptional. GM Erik will make you feel like family because you can tell this IS an old style family style business. Straight talk, no scheming in the back office, or misrepresentations. I will only buy a Honda here because I know when I leave I won't be scratching my head wondering if I got jacked. KUDOS!!!

We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find. It was more then we could have expected. All I can say is WOW!!!

Small yet efficient pharmacy, excellent pharmacist to customer ratio so you quickly develop a relationship with everyone in the store. Whether you are comfortable with a male or female pharmacist, they are all extremely knowledgeable and have great communication skills. The owners are hands on in the business and when theyre not there Laura is amazing. Only good things to say about staff. Pharmacists and others are all awesome. If you can tolerate the shorter hours then the service is worth it!
