I can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are. We had Brad and Patrick install a new tub and surround. They took care of every detail. Protected our floors from any debris and did a very thorough clean up job all the way along. Brad is very easy to talk to and nothing is too challenging for him to tackle - thanks guys

My son and I had our taxes prepared by Randa at this location. She was very pleasant and knowledgable and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Very efficient and quick and best of all, she got me a refund instead of the amount I had figured I would have to pay! Instead of dreading filing my taxes, she made it into a great experience. I bought a 2004 Santa Fe from here and I was really happy with how clean it was. Within a week, the engine light came on and Fadi scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, no questions asked. He was really patient and made sure the problem was fixed well.

I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

This is a small one person place. He does a great job - I just got back from getting my hair cut and my wife is most appreciative of his work.
He runs a covid safe shop so if you have any concerns about getting your hair done in a larger shop, this is the place for you to go.

I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!
