We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring. My whole experience at this location left me with as smile on my face as I went to my car.

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

While we were waiting for Telus to open we spotted a young lady in The Tbooth Her name was Madhu Tiwari. After chatting with her for a couple of minutes we knew that's where we'd be buying our phones. We are booth 70 and struggle with some of the technology. Madhu patiently answered our questions and got our new phones up and running. She followed up with a text thanking us for our business and offered help with issues, which we have taken advantage of. Her exceptional service made the sale !
