our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7. Duff's Towing came to my rescue this week, after my keys were stolen from my locker at a local recreation centre and I was locked out of my vehicle. Can't thank you enough...you were the calm I needed in my moment of panic. Wouldn't hesitate to contact you again for assistance.

We had our BRAND new truck towed because the dealer never gave us a second set of keys (back ordered fob) and the dispatch and driver were amazing to deal with. The driver was professional and courteous. He arrived when he said, and contacted me when he successfully dropped off the truck I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.
