My car died on me yesterday and I thought it was my starter. The driver was quick and took a look at my car and realized that it was just my battery. He quickly fixed it and I was on my way. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would use again and can’t say enough good things about them.

Natalie the dispatch person was very understanding and helpful. Chris the tow truck driver came to my rescue. Their service was above+beyond exemplary!! I could not find the business card of the tow truck company that we have used in the past so just went on the yellow pages to locate one. I ended up finding this one as it was the closest to the garage where my car was that needed to come home. The person I spoke to took all my information, gave me a time frame that I could expect the car to get to me and a price. The driver did come on time, gave me the bill for the right amount and was very courteous. He even took my bad tire and put it on my patio for me. I would definitely would use them again and I have now stored their info in my phone book

After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?

I’ve used Westshore Towing numerous times in different situation (keys locked in car, dead battery, and due to a collision). I was also a witness to another crash that they attended. After calling five tow truck companies during rush hour unitow was the number one truck that came and responded to me after my suv broke down on the side of the east-west connector between Richmond New west. They told me they would be there with one 15 mins and held true to their word. Ed the tow truck driver was courteous prompt and offered me a newspaper to read in his truck and made sure that I was warm while he took diligent care loading up my SUV and every step along the way he made sure that I was safe from the rush-hour fast moving tricks as well as telling me his trip plan throughout the way to my mechanic shop. Remember folks, tip your driver! They work very hard for their pay.
