We had an amazing experience with Best Truck Repair & Tire Centre. We had a flat tire at 8:30pm at the highway and they waited for us after hours to get towed to their place. They changed our tire in no time and we were on our way. Mr. Dheri was amazing. He accommodate me and my daughter in his office while the guys changed the tires. Amazing customer service and care. I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. I've never had to order a tow truck before and I've always heard stories about them trying to scam you. Luckily, Sheikh was pleasant to deal with and gave me a quote on my tow and followed through with it. He towed my car from downtown to Scarborough for a reasonable price. He was careful hooking up the car and taking it down and you can tell he is very experienced in his work. He was nice enough to give me a ride back home. Highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest tow truck driver!
