Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. I've been going to Dr. Sarafov for years and I'm constantly impressed. The dental hygienists are friendly and competent, and Dr. Sarafov is both caring and knowledgable! As someone who suffers from anxiety and doesn't like the dentist - the fact that their offices are serene (and they offer nitrous gas) is a life saver! I now commute from Toronto to Oakville just to keep them as my dentist.

I met Dr. Saari as part of the Eye See Eye Learn program when my daughter started school. He came to her school and talked about eyes and my daughter got to try on some 3D glasses. I made an appointment for her and we found that she need glasses. He made it very easy to understand what was happening and how we could fix her eyes. I was so happy to have someone take the time. I never knew anything was wrong and he told me it was better we caught it early. Now she goes every few months to make sure she's still getting better. I can't say anything more than go see Dr. Saari if you child is starting school and the glasses were free for her. Great doctor and great program.

I have been to this facility many times over the years. The staff are courteous
and prompt. Provide a disc of your X-rays if necessary. Accuracy is the bye word. Hardly ever a repeat is required. You may have 10-20 mts. Wait at the most.

This is the best set of Full Dentures that I have ever had made .I have had no pinch points or any filing done & with only four visits I had my Dentures. I am now 78 years of age & have had new Dentures every five years from the age of 27 which amounts to fifty years. This is week three of receiving mu new set & have not had one problem. Plus they were less expensive then the other sets I had made. Thanks Nick U have done the best job ever.
