I was short on boxes of a laminate that had just been discontinued and the local stores in Rupert said there was nothing they could do bout it. But Richard in Your Decor [nearby in Terrace] phoned all the way down to the Lower Mainland and tracked down boxes. I decided to leave a review here so people would know they go the extra mile.

Action Septic Services has always been a great company to deal with and the new owner, Nelson Wierenga who took over in 2024, went above and beyond to service the septic treatment systems at my business.
Thankfully he was available on short notice. Nelson arrived promptly on time and got to work pumping the tank, and then trouble-shooted our system, which was blocked and backed up and had a number of issues to sort out.
