Let me tell you a story. I have been a loyal follower of Julie at Charisma for many years. Always getting a great cut and color as well as the perfect product for my not so perfect naturally curly hair!! As everyone knows the economy sucks right now. The joblessness has hit my home too. Trying to save $$ I've only gotten cuts on my last 2 appointments. Yesterday I went in for a cut and Julie said " Jodi what can I do for you? You need a color, I can't let you leave without a color. " So I offered to trade a service...maybe I can do a deep clean here for you guys. NOPE! !! I got my hair cut and colored. I paid the usual for my cut and Julie gave me the color job. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I cannot Thank Julie or Charisma enough!!!! My hair looks amazing!! I have a handful of referral cards that I want to give out to show my extreme gratitude to this amazing business!!!

As this most recent snow was melting we noticed that by the front door the eavestrough was leaking for some reason and leaving a huge puddle to wade through to get to the door not to mention the curling sheet that would inevitably appear with the next freeze. I called Elmer's yesterday and spoke to Brett. That was 24 hours ago. Brett just left, the job is all done and it cost next to nothing. Now, THAT's what I call service. Don't see that so much any more.

From Montréal, QC, Canada - this summer 2014 I got married in NYC. I was seeking a photographer from Canada so that the whole process would be easier. I Found Joan who I was following on social networks, I contacted her and she was keen to Fly down to New York for my wedding! (a must for anyone having a destination wedding). They went above and beyond to see to it that I got my OS load thru. Professional and yet, personal service. It is so helpful when dealing with permits and restrictions that they knew where I could safely park overnight. They saw to it I was taken really good care of.

This lady is excellent in alterations and as a seamstress. She made me a bridesmaid dress that fit like a glove. I would trust her with the most delicate things and know it would come out excellent. She is very friendly and professional as well and her prices are quite fair.
