Going to Porter and McMillan Insurance is like being thrust into a magical world of wonder and awe, you will be greeted by what I can only describe as Insurance Information Ninja Assassins who know EVERYTHING about every question you will ever ask them. They are so fast you will need to second guess yourself when you leave wondering to yourself "did I just get here? or am I done already?" So intelligent they could solve a Rubix cube like, REALLY Fast. So I guess in conclusion.

I received the best customer service I have ever received. I had Roberto to help me with my new bank account questions and issues; he was polite and diligently handled all my problems. He made sure I was all good to go and informed me of what was happening every step of the way. I would 100% recommend this branch and the employees.

We went into The Brick in Prince George - just to look at and compare prices on a dryer.
Nirmal a knowledgeable and very personable salesperson asked if she could help. She had answers to all our questions and showed us several dryers. Of course we only intended to look and we ended up buying a great dryer. Thank you Nirmal for you good service and thank you for not being a pushy salesperson.
