This chain, including this store, is handyman's dream store. It is great for an eclectic selection of tools (mechanic's, auto body, hydraulic, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, etc.), an amazing surplus department with computer parts, cables, ammo boxes, and a host of other things; their automotive electric and trailer departments are quite thoroughly equipped, and they stock many hard to find items. The only problem that I have with this chain is that they still need to open in Fort McMurray

I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

Had a great experience with this dealer. I usually stay away from dealerships but these guys treat you nice. This is probably the only dealership that displays all info and price of each vehicle on the window of each car so its not like other dealers that change prices on you on the spot.
