Andrew is a very easy going guy who is also open to negotiation Bought a 2004 Ford Focus zx5, Exprienced a few problems shortly after buying the car and he gladly took the car back to get it looked after. Also gave me a courtesy car so I can make it to work while its in the shop. Would recommend buying a car here.

I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. They did all the paper work which was a HUGE help because I was leaving Ottawa. I had a good experience so just wanted to give them a thumbs up. Thanks guys!

I have never used a moving company before, I got older disabled and was not able to lift many of the heavier items. These movers were called and they came and lifted everything that I could not I was amazed at how quickly and easily everything was done! I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way. I did not make the purchase but my experience was very positive and will not hesitate to return to this business in the future.
