I absolutely appreciate the booking process, you receive a call to confirm appointment and a text message 2 hours before. Facility is very clean and tidy. Staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Physio therapists are amazing in making sure you understand procedures and treatments and explain how the mechanics work which is very useful as well

I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Port Perry moving and Storage are amazing. I have now used them 3 times and it just gets better. For fast friendly service you will not find anyone better. Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
