We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since. Good service, quick and reliable.

I rarely need hydraulic parts/service but whenever I do, the service guys at Control Flow have never failed me. My grandson drove to town recently for an extremely old odd-ball hydraulic unit off a tractor. They couldn't find an identical replacement as it no longer exists, but with trial and error the guys machined us exactly what we needed after multiple places had turned us away.

The service tech was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Great trouble shooter, started with the cheapest solution and went from there. Explained everything he was doing and why I was having the issues. Will use again for sure.

Clients - The company constantly works to improve communication and fix issues fast for clients. They don't shy away from investing in tools or technology to facilitate this. They have many processes in place
