The service really sets Tiles & Stone Etc apart from the rest. We visited a few different stores before Tiles & Stone Etc, and no one else was close to as helpful. The service and the range are much better at Tiles & Stone Etc. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else.

Had a leak with all the recent rain. Avenue Road came out and fixed it. Very quick and efficient. Could of been a nightmare.

I had the steel roof installed in the winter and it was a nasty cold time of year but our roof had leaked badly in the fall and I knew it would leak again in the spring if we didnt get the roof done before things started to melt. The guys came out every day even if they were only able to make a bit of headway despite things being frozen and tools not working properly. The roof got done before things melted and before my insurance got cancelled

Came to the store to look for a new toilet and ended up leaving with a new toilet and floor tiles. The prices are great and the workers are very friendly. The lady was helpful and gave me good advice on how to match my tiles with my walls. Will recommend this place to my friends.

Michael and his team did a professional job. We had two spots where the siding had come loose in our six year old home and did a great job fixing them. He really knows a lot about siding. There also fixed a spot that he saw that needed fixing without adding it to the bill. Very well priced. Very honest. Would highly recommend him!

I recently had kitchen countertops installed by Stone Masters. I live in a condo and other companies I got quotes from wanted to charge me extra. Stone Masters was very reasonably priced and their installers did an amazing job. I love my new kitchen. Everyone was very professional and extremely accommodating. They were extremely helpful in picking out beautiful tile over the phone during business shut downs when I couldn't get into the show room. In person they are very attentive once it's your turn, they truly focus on one person at a time. Be patient, ask and reap the rewards of excellent service and attention! As a plus, if you want to just browse, they will let you be and not harass you!
