Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

This is the first time I have dealt with this business and I am very impressed. I called in from out of town and required a product to be shipped out to London, ON on a very tight time line. Katie was very helpful with very prompt and efficient communication, quotes, and arranged a special trip to their shipping company to ensure I received the product on-time. Went to Rona Martin Grove to find a paint for basement concrete floor, waterproof and mildew resistent.
Had no idea about this paint but met Elisabeth and got the best service, knowledge and attitude. I left with a big smile and the paint!
