The staff at the Rexall Drugs, St Albert store are consistently courteous & friendly. I like not having to walk to the back of the store to have a prescription filled. I can easily locate and OTC medications I for which I might have a need. Yes, 5 stars for sure.

When my septic failed to pump out and filled right up after 2 weeks from emptying, i called Redlac. Terry was helpful, answered all my questions and came in the next day... Half hour later, my septic system was working again... Just before Christmas... He really did a "shitty" job... in a good way ?
Highly recommend him! First time customer, now i know whom to rely on next time.

My son was recently incarcerated at the Edmonton Remand center. He has some prescriptions due to neuropathy in his leg (as he lost his femur), his foot has a huge bunion on it and is twisting outward. He also suffers from ADHD. When he saw the Doctor at the remand center he was informed he had no prescriptions which was not the case. I called Lynn Rideout his lawyer to tell her he was in a state of withdrawl from his medications and within that same day he was permitted to receive his meds!

Once again got to enjoy an amazing experience here. The ladies are fantastic and super clean taking the proper procedures for Covid. I came right before the last shit down and told them it was so good id be bringing people to them for business. We both had a fantastic time and appreciate it As working in health care it’s so nice to be taking of top notch. Will be back once shine . Thank you ladies. It was so appreciated. I had major work done at my cabin adding new gas lines, plumbing lines, venting, furnace/ducts throughout in which Roy's people tackled with efficiency and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for the amazing job, quality of work, and great service that Roy’s Plumbing and Heating has provided!
