Professional - kind - courteous- these are just a few words to describe the care & attention you’ll receive at this business. I am a recent (June 2017) below the knee amputee which is quite traumatizing to wake up & discover you are missing a limb, but Dr Beek assured me I would be up & walking in no time & with his recommendations & expertise in prosthetics I am up - walking- & rocking the prosthetic leg he made me!!!! I can't say enough good things about Kyle...! I'm new in town and got referred his number from someone i met here in creston...I would highly recommend him...! He's very knowledgeable and made himself available for me with my multiple seemingly annoying phone calls i had about a renovation i was working on... BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! When they were called out on it, and told it WAS still under warranty, they still charged them hundreds of dollars for a service call & installation
