My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again

Jeff called this morning ,measure up for a new toilet .
The toilet was picked up , the old one taken away. We changed from a Toto to an American Standard. We were very happy with the service , workmanship and fair price .

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

I appreciated a business person who does what he says - showing up on time, and calling to confirm the time, not just sometime this morning or afternoon but an actual time, and your prices are very reasonably, I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of.
Dave who did the work was great, called just before arriving, very pleasant and answered all my questions.

They did a wonderful job grooming my cat . I take him there every 3 months or so . If you pre-book your next visit they even give you a discount . I have had a very good experience with this grooming business.

Every doctor I’ve had there is great although I’m going to give extra praise to Dr.Stone! He’s taken care of complex issues so efficiently for both my hubby and I. Sure wish he was taking new patients in his family practise.

Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.
