My wife and I having been going to the Mayfair Chatters for years and I can't think of a complaint. The young lady's working the reception are courteous and helpful and the stylists are even better. The wife sees Kylee and I go in for Carrie and both of these artists keep us looking sorted and presentable. Admittedly I just get a cut, but the missus spends hours getting coloured and coiffed. And she always turns heads. The salon is almost always full of great energy and there's a tattooed fella in the middle who's everybody's best friend (or little brother, it's tough to tell).
Highly recommended on account of their mix of professionalism, talent, and convenience. They are in a mall after all.

Michelle was very professional, punctual and affordable in comparison. I've been to several ladies for electrolysis and Michelle is definitely one of the best. She is very quick and thorough. There was no bruising or bad reactions afterwards. I recommend her profusely.

I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. When you leave House of Russell, you will feel like you got your moneys worth every time. I dont even live in the area anymore but i make the 30 min commute to get my haircut here,

Very friendly and professional. Definitely knows her business. I am extremely pleased with the cut she gave me. It is different than I have had before, but loving it. She showed me how to dry and style it. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I have fine hair and this was the best cut and style I have ever had! If you are picky when it comes to who does your hair than this is the place for you. I have been to many salons over my time in Victoria but I will be staying here for the foreseeable future. The staff here goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is a relaxing and enjoyable one. Every time I leave this place with a fresh hair cut I feel great.

Tarah is a hair magician. I don't know anyone who can do what she does. Going from dark brown to blonde that has dimension and no damage in one day is unheard of. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She also does the best makeup and lashes!! I always feel like my best self after seeing her for anything beauty related!! She's an expert in everything beauty and glam!
