Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

Pristine Windows is the best company to use if you need exterior services. I wont use anyone else for my windows, gutters, and power washing. Their customer service is most excellent and they really make sure you are satisfied with their work. The owner, office staff, and service staff are friendly and hardworking and I am happy to support such an exceptional local business.

Mark help us out of a major jam by repairing our Pleasureway Van while on a short trip to Vancouver Island. Impressive mechanic whose attention to detail is exemplary. Fixed a longstanding noise issue and replaced three pulleys, a belt and alternator within three hours of breaking down. Five stars ++

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.
