My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again. They were so quick and friendly and the tech guy helped me set my system to do backups from now own to save me from having a heart attack if it happens again.

10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them. They brought it in, bench tested it, determined that the issue wasn’t the Starlink, but that it was actually the built-in inverter in my F250!
