I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. The quality of the log homes here are excellent. Great customer service from the beginning of the building process to follow up care.
They even have a Custom Prefabricated (hybrid) package that is cost efficient and can be installed on sit in 2-3 days. It's amazing

I shop at here often and find that the staff are really helpful and it is easy to find what I need. Have been really helpful in finding quality parts to do my sump pump repair and my bathroom renovation. Plus the food truck outside is amazing!

As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

Used Helping Hands for assisted transportation.
The driver was terrific. He was very confident, reassuring, polite.
The vehicle was great as well. The passenger is able to sit up front, viewing where they are travelling. This is a welcome change from traditional vans.
We will use Helping Hands in the future for sure.

Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

Dr sheppard is very kind and attentive. She doesn’t rush. She also keeps spaces in the day for same/next day appointments instead of needing to go to emerg or get booked out 2 weeks. Our family loves her!
