I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! Give them a try!

I have been going to Towells for about 4 years now to get my truck rust proofed every year. Towells is the only place I trust to get this done!! Mike , the owner and the rest of the crew are always polite, courteous , and willing to answer any questions. I cannot recommend them any more then I already do.!! Integrity , honesty... A1!! Dealing with this dealer for few years. Always received a royal treatment from all the staff. Very knowledgeable service advisors have always explained everything in details and suggested possible solutions. Sales manager went waaay out of his expected duties to accommodate my requests even realizing that he will not make a sale. Great crew, highly recomended.

The boys at Fixauto really came through for me.... I brought them my highly modified Jeep after a wreck. Things were complicated because of my existing mods but they slogged through and brought me back to whole again.
On top of that, my Jeep was deatailed inside and out when I picked it up !!

So far my experience with Mike's has been great!
I wish they had more self service options on-line though, would have saved them some annoying phone calls if I could find the info online via a website or Yellow Pages.

This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!
