I have great respect for this shop. Tommy is loathe to fix things unless he is sure that it needs to be done. He has done many free inspections of cars/trucks I have looked at for purchase. In one case, he identified a vehicle that had been in a serious front end crash and accurately listed all of the repairs that had been performed. But what I like most about this place is that they have taught me lots about cars and their maintenance.

I wasn't sure where to take my vehicle to get detailed in Lethbridge but I am so pleased that I chose Titan Auto Spa! I was very happy with the job they did! The man who was doing the detailing was so helpful in helping me with getting my car seats in and out of my vehicle and he even cleaned them!! There are various packages to. Jose from and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our vehicle!

I had them clean two vehicles. One was a 50 yr old classic that needed detailing after sitting for over a decade. The other a roughly used work van.
I did not think the classic could shine like that again! I did not think the staining could come out of the work van. They met and exceeded my expectations. Gentle with the classic and tough on the work van with GENUINE FRIENDLY SERVICE
I am proud to be seen in both vehicles now!
I recommend taking your vehicle in.
You will be glad you did.

Excellent work 30% less than other estimates. Price was same as estimate done in less time than the other estimates.Was not asked for but my car was cleaned inside and out. I will endeavor to keep it as good as it looks now. Great job.

Bridge City Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car, twice now! both were minor bumps on the bumper, and they did a great job. They worked with me and the rental company, AND my insurance. When we got it back the first time they fixed it, there were a few minor issues regarding marks that their machines made while placing the bumper back on the car, but as soon as I mentioned it to them they were quick to re-fix those areas. The second time they did it, there was one thing that Bill (manager) said they'd do, but must of have forgot to put it on the work order, so it didn't get done. The next day I called and he wanted me to come in that day to get it looked after. I couldn't make it in that day because I worked late, so he said to come the next day, and they'd buy me a coffee while I waited!
Their customer service is amazing, and they are quick to call you back when you have questions. The mechanics were great too, when all the customer services guys were busy he answered my questions with no hesitation!!
I'd recomment Bridge City to everyone, mistakes happen, as they did both times with my car, but they were quick to make things right.

Triangle has a great car wash. It is manual (i.e. dyi) so be careful. Overall, the station is about as good as they get

Discount Lethbridge has the ultimate best Customer Service in Alberta. I would really like to give a commendation to your employee Sharon. Sharon goes way above her call of duty. She will bend over backwards to help a customer in need. You could never ask for a better employee like Sharon. If I was able to rate Sharon I would give her a score of 30 as she has exceptional Customer Service to every customer that comes into this location.
