To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

Clarity Glass was amazing! I forgot to drop off my car, so they called to remind me, offered to pick my car up, and even delivered it when the work was complete.
My windshield has a minor manufacturing defect in it. Clarity was upfront about it. They tried to get a new one in before my appointment and we unable to. So they offered to either replace it when the new one came in or I could have a discount. I would highly recommend Clarity Auto Glass - great pricing, great service!!

The fantastic staff really know their accessories. I really love the cold air intake i purchased for my mustang. They never tried to oversell to me which i appreciated as well as the awesome prices. We had motorcycle problems in Rocky and thru CAA got these guys. We had requested a deck truck and thats what showed up. Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

Was very impressed by the service and the way I was treated. They were busy but managed to get me in and finished in a timely manner. The owner was very helpful and supportive. I cant say enough good things about the service Ive had here. This year I had a leak in my vehicle, they diagnosed the problem which was fairly serious and had me booked in as quick as they could (had to wait for parts from the states), and had my 6+ hour job done in one day because they knew I was without a vehicle and live out of town.

they were friendly, accomodating, and went way beyond what was required to ensure that i had a good experience. They called to inform me when my insurance rental coverage reached its maximum and the manager called to thank me for using their service the day after i rented the car. they answered all of my questions and there were no hidden charges or surprises along the way. i would come back to this rental service any time. they were amazing. i recomend them to anyone!

After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed.
