Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!

My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. I just wanted to take the time to comment how great this dealership is! I live in Edmonton and bought my SUV from this dealership and I was treated like VIP. When I needed service on my SUV we drove up to reddeer without a appointment and they fit us in and went over and beyond to help us out!
