Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. The whole process was so easy and effortless. He really went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend

We lost the dust cover on one of our trailer wheel bearings on our way to Oliver from the Valley. We bought a cover from CT that we thought would fit, however after stopping at the Sami in Osoyoos we realized we had lost the cover again. We stopped at the Lordco and I explained our situation. One of the staff came out with a larger size and popped it on for us! We made it home safe and without losing any more covers! Really appreciate his help, especially with 3 kids tired after a long week!

I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all.
