I've been renting with Hertz in Thunder Bay Airport for years--the Manager, Lara, is a cheerful staple of the airport; it wouldn't be the same coming to Thunder Bay and not seeing her smiling face! Hertz's cars are always clean, new and the price can't be beat! Staff is always cheerful and friendly and it's not unusual for them to give regular clients free upgrades to higher-priced vehicles. Keep up the good work Hertz in Thunder Bay! You will always be my preferred rental company.

Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in.

I have taken my car for safety check they are very genuine told I need nothing for safety and car is in very good condition... I just loved this place and would recommend for sure .they even called me back for my credit card which I lost in snow

Shaun was a very no pressure salesman. Irvin was a nice gentleman to. They travelled to auction and got me exactly what I wanted, a 2007 HONDA CRV for a very fair price.. Go see them... you'd be glad you did!

I purchased a Hyundai car from True Value in mid-September. Now, in late May, the car is still in good running shape and I have no complaints. The sales guy, Steve, was quite helpful in a situation that I was not pleased to be in, having to replace a reliable car due to Ontario's unreasonable safety-inspection standards. My Hyundai was purchased at a good price and hasn't had any serious mechanical issues. Steve even offered to help me touch-up some paint scratches. Recommended.

After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready. (or something else)
